FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We offer multiples ways to contact TKs Moving and Delivery Services to book your move. Request a quote online, shoot an email, give us a shout on the phone or even reach out via your favorite social media account!

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment for a full deposit refund. For rescheduling, the deposit amount paid will apply to your rescheduled appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE when canceling after 48 hours. You may do so using one of our multiple contact methods.

We accept deposit and payments via Paypal, Venmo, and CashApp.

All items should be packed and ready for moving when our Movers arrive unless Packing Service has been purchased. You may purchase additional moving supplies from us to assist with your transition.  We have packing boxes, packing type and storage blankets available for purchase. For extra security, add our White Glove Service to your booking for secure wrapping of your items with heavy duty blankets.

Please ensure all walkways and any debris is cleared prior to our movers accessing your location to ensure the safety of you as the customer and our staff.

PLEASE INSPECT ALL PROPERTY PRIOR TO OUR MOVERS ENTERING THE LOCATION. BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU AGREE TKS MOVING AND DELIVERY SERVICES WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR DAMAGES. IN A RARE EVENT DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE ON THE INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR OF THE LOCATION DURING OUR SERVICE, PLEASE CONTACT THE GENERAL MANAGER IMMEDIATELY AT 1-855-501-MOVE (6683) x1.
