Please make sure to pack your items ahead of our movers’ arrival if you have not purchased our packing service. We offer moving supplies such as boxes and blankets that you can purchase from us. For added security, our White Glove Service provides secure wrapping of your items with heavy-duty blankets.

Kindly ensure that all walkways and debris are cleared before our movers arrive at your premises. Our top priority is safety, and we are committed to ensuring the safety of both you and our team during the moving process. Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Kitchen appliances such as refrigerators and freezers, washers, dryers, regular safes and gun safes, pianos, oversized tables, fine art, oversized TVs 60 inches or more, animal cages, fish tanks, grandfather clocks, and antiques are considered Specialty Items.

These items require special handling, packing, and care. If you have a question about an item that is not listed, please contact us for pricing and availability.

Packing and unpacking of boxes are not included in our standard move quotes. We offer packing and unpacking services to make your move easier. Contact us for pricing and availability. Let our professionals handle the hard work while you focus on your new beginning.

We can reject the move and reschedule or we can offer our packing services and reschedule. An inconvenience fee will be charged. To avoid this convenience fee, please get in touch with us and reschedule 48 hours before your move appointment.

TKs Moving and Delivery Services has the right to turn down any services at-will if the location is considered unsafe or a hazard or hostile work environment and atmosphere. Our movers will only be responsible for any negligence caused by our movers up to the depreciated value of the content. Our movers will NOT be held responsible for any valuables such as antiques that can not substantiate normal handling. All boxes that are packed by the customer and NOT professionally packed by our movers may have limited or no coverage.
