Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and reliable Movers to join our team. As a Mover’s Helper, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading clients’ belongings. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading customers’ belongings with care.
- Properly handle and transport furniture, appliances, and other items, ensuring they are protected throughout the moving process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth moving experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety and equipment handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving equipment and vehicles.
- Perform other duties as assigned to facilitate a successful move.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in moving, logistics, or physical labor is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50 pounds or more) and engage in physically demanding tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Maintains a well-groomed and professional appearance
