We want to ensure you have all the info about our residential and commercial moving, packing, and delivery services. Check out our frequently asked questions for detailed information, and don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions. We’re always here to help!
It is best to book your move at least 2-4 weeks in advance. However, depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate last-minute moves.
We proudly offer various payment options for your convenience, including Cash upon arrival, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Square, Venmo, Paypal, Klarna, AfterPay, Zip, and SplitMyMove.
Our standard move quotes do not include box packing and unpacking. However, we offer packing and unpacking services to help make your move easier. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for pricing and availability. Let our moving and packing professionals handle the hard work while you focus on your new beginning.
If you cannot pack your belongings before your move date, we can reschedule your appointment. However, there is an inconvenience fee for rescheduling. To avoid this fee, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Our Cancellation Policy offers various options. Don’t hesitate to contact us at least three days before your scheduled move to avoid cancellation fees.
TK’s Moving & Delivery Services, LLC has the right to turn down any services at-will if the location is considered unsafe or a hazard or hostile work environment and atmosphere. Our movers will only be responsible for any negligence caused by our movers up to the depreciated value of the content. Our movers will NOT be held responsible for any valuables such as antiques that can not substantiate normal handling. All boxes that are packed by the customer and NOT professionally packed by our movers may have limited or no coverage.
